They are widely regarded as a specialist in working with the fast growing and high performance SME market. This particular role is seen as having exceptional growth potential for the successful candidate. This role will see you quickly become an integral member of the team, with high level technical knowledge across both business services and SMSF. You will be given effective formal and informal training and mentoring from accomplished Partners and managers and encouraged to take on responsibility and client relationships when appropriate.

Given the long term potential of the role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation, combined with the drive and ability to work to strict deadlines and deal with sophisticated clients. You will ideally have developed your technical skills over approximately 1 to 2 years at a quality local firm and be keen to continue your advancement. It is envisaged you would have commenced a relevant professional qualification.
