This highly reputable boutique firm, established by former Big 4 Partners, services a rapidly growing list of highly active and sophisticated corporate clients. The firm provides a broad range of business advisory services, with particular reference to tax consulting. The astute and highly approachable Partners bring in significant tax consulting work, creating the need for a tax supervisor with strong technical tax knowledge to join the team. The role will also initially include the managing of a small business services client list, however this is not the prime focus.

The Partners are very cognisant of the fact that the firm needs to support individual staff members' goals so the staff will in turn support the firm's. They are looking for Tax professionals with a deep understanding of corporate taxes, but also the ability to engage the client and lead the practice forward in the future. You are most likely to be a large CA firm trained tax/business services supervisor or possibly a junior manager who is looking for a similarly challenging role, but in a better environment, less hours and more opportunity to advance to Partnership.
