The Company
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to commence a temporary assignment ASAP.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Review invoices and check requests
- Sort and match invoices and check requests
- Set invoices up for payment
- Process check requests
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks
- Reconciliation of payments
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist in month end closing
Your Profile
The successful candidate will also have experience in Accounts Receivable and collections.
Advanced SAP and Excel are essential.
