This market leading international provider of medical services is poised for growth in 2011. As part of their efficient client servicing approach, they are seeking an enthusiastic accounts assistant to handle full function accounts payable and receivables working closely with the Finance Manager.
You will have experience in an accounts processing role, coupled with accounting qualifications and an ability to work independently and smartly. Your clear communication skills will be an advantage to work closely with internal stakeholders as well as the existing debtors and suppliers.
In addition to accounts payables and receivables work, you will assist the Finance Manager with month end variance analysis, budget preparation, payroll tax and BAS reporting, as well as FBT calculations. You will be responsible for the debtors ledger, general ledger reconciliations and resolving any accounts issues from creditors and debtors.
To be successful, you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role with a medium to large organisation, possess tertiary Accounting qualifications and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
