Due to annual leave our client requires a Temporary Accounts Receivable Data Entry Officer.

If you have experience in Accounts Receivable and are looking to engage in contract or temporary assignments, please read through and apply.

The duties of the Accounts Receivable Data Entry Officer will include:

  • Raising invoices & issuing credit notes
  • Lodging credit claims
  • Bringing supplier queries to resolution
  • Allocation of payments & account reconciliation
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a mainstream accounting package, preferably SAP
  • Good MS Excel skills

Attributes:

  • High attention to detail with the ability to create resolutions
