Working for a highly supportive manager, this role will have accountability for a portfolio of business clients and responsibility for ensuring those customer accounts are managed within the parameters of company credit policy. In addition to making outbound calls to discuss arrears and negotiate payments, you will work closely with internal departments such as billing and sales to rectify recurring issues. You will be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to investigate queries with customer accounts and have strong reconciliation skills.
Managing your own customer portfolio, you will have the Excel skills necessary to work from an Aged Trial Balance and provide accurate cash flow forecasting. You will have confident communication and negotiation skills and pride yourself on delivering outcomes with a high level of customer service.
