 Our clients are leading the way in residential property development and project marketing. With modern inner city offices they require and experienced Finance Manager for an ongoing 12 month maternity leave position.
We require someone from a real estate background with trust accounting and agents commission calculation experience.
Reporting to their CEO you will be required to attend to:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- End of month reporting
- Payroll for 50 staff
- End of year audits and preparation of financials
- Preparation of financials
- Preparation of budgets in consultation with the CEO
- Liaise with banks for all bank requirements
- Statutory reporting
- Trust accounting for the company
- Reconciliation of Trust Accounting
- Account Sales
- Manage commission statement
- Deal with OH&S legislations
