This organisation is an ASX listed corporate within the booming the energy industry. With diverse operations in both Australia and overseas, the business is seeking a high calibre Group Financial Controller to participate in this exciting phase of growth.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Leading the financial and business performance reporting function for the group
• Delivery of timely and relevant board reports
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Drive the annual statutory reporting including ASX obligations
• Prepare the audit and risk committee packs
• Maintain the strategic risk register
• Integrate new acquisitions into the group's operations
• Lead a finance team of 12 (including 3 direct reports)

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a CPA/CA qualified accountant with significant experience producing and leading the statutory reporting and consolidation process for a ASX listed corporation. In addition, experience in an international listed corporate will be viewed favorably. Proven leadership, drive and commitment are essential attributes of the successful candidate.
