Your potential role Reporting to the Manager Business Services and Human Resources, the primary purpose of this position is to support the company Field Managers and Consultants in growing performance results through monitoring, analysing results and identifying development opportunities. You will see yourself manage the following responsibilities: - Prepare team monthly reporting pack for MD and Sales Manager
- Monitor career progression plans
- Collate, review and provide analysis of field management reporting
- Collate feedback from State and team meetings
- Coordinate requests for coaching and provide material to maximise development opportunities
- Update and management of all training databases
- Research for the development of training programs
- Prepare presentations
- Attend meetings, records feedback and attend to follow up action items
- General administrative duties as required
