CBD Location, Close to Train Line Varied and busy Corporate Receptionist Our host employer has recently moved to vibrant new offices in the heart of the city and this role is key to the daily running and efficiency of the business. Our host is looking in particular for a individual that has keen interest to develop skills and knowledge within a legal firm.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:

Supervising reception, taking/transferring of messages and client liaison

Managing incoming and outgoing mail/couriers

Banking
-
Ad hoc administrative support to Marketing or IT Departments

Maintain kitchen and meeting rooms including arrangements for catering, etc.

Proactive in terms of recommending any improvements in the running of the reception area long term.
Eligibility Criteria:

NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;

Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
