Integrated Workforce are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to work in the Scarborough area for an established property business.

This position requires an office allrounder, who shows initiative and enthusiasm. You will be doing anything from reception to assisting the director.

You will be dealing with clients and contractors and must be highly organised.

This will be a long term/permanent position for the right person.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have current drivers licence and own vehicle

• Must be customer focused both internally and externally

• Computer literate (Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Property and facilities experience

• Ability to quickly grasp internal systems and process

• Capable of working in and contributing to a team environment

• Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both written and verbally
