This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work approximately 10 to 20 hours a week. The role itself involves: Answering incoming phone calls - Raising purchase orders
- Following up invoices
- Providing quotations to clients
- Payment of accounts
- Bookkeeping up to BAS
- File job orders
- General ad-hoc duties
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills: - Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Intermediate MYOB skills essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
Current drivers licence is mandatory as is a good knowledge of the Melbourne area and suburbs. Experience in the printing industry a definite advantage. Attractive hourly rate. Immediate start.
