Our client is a leading IT solutions provider, currently seeking an experienced PMO Administrator to assist the Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers in the daily administrative support of engagements. 
 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Assist PMs to establish and maintain the project according to the client adopted methodologies
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain the accuracy of any register and logs for assigned programs/engagements.
  • Organise, minute and attend meetings or workshops when necessary.
  • Ensure that all deliverable's are quality reviewed to meet the clients standards and appropriately stored, prior to distribution to the client. Maintain the accuracy of the information available on the Portal for each Managed Service.
  • Organise and prepare any Management Meetings, if required (preparing slides and taking minutes etc.)
  • Administer bids, tenders and quotes, if required 

Qualifications and Experience Required

Essential
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a Project/Program office
  • Understanding of the Project Management Methodologies and Practices
  • Experience in dealing with people at all levels
Desirable
  • IT industry experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards
  • Undertaken basic project management training
