This leading accountancy firm is seeking a dynamic temporary office all rounder for a six week period. You'll be working for an iconic brand with a well known reputation. This six week position has the possibility to extend and offers an excellent work life balance. You will be based in state of the art offices located in the CBD, and your tasks will consist of but not be limited to: - Meet and greet all on-site visitors, arrange security access cards
- Taking phone calls, drafting emails
- Attend to organising couriers, sorting and franking mail and meeting room management
- Stationery orders and stocking of supplies
- Dealing with suppliers and couriers
- Catering and event organisation as required
- Provide support for the corporate credit card, including reconciliations, disputes, lost cards and distribution of monthly statement to users
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to learn efficiently and the confidence to liaise with senior members of staff. You will be proactive, punctual, reliable and most importantly a team player. You need to have the ability to prioritise a hectic work schedule and remain calm and composed. This position would suit a well motivated and highly innovative individual, who demonstrates sound technical and administrative skills.
