Our client, one of Australias most recognisable brands, is looking for a dynamic administrator with accounts experience to join the administration team in their Workers Compensation Division. Located in newly refurbished offices, within a friendly and supportive team, this contract role is an opportunity to start your career with this well known company. As this role is within the accounts team, it is essential that you have accounts payable experience, as at times you will be expected to process large volumes of invoices. Other tasks will include: - Opening and sorting through daily mail, including faxes and email and distributing accordingly
- Processing new claims in the in-house system and creating client files
- Answering calls and attending to general enquiries from clients and service providers
- Maintaining and updating claims database in accordance with strict privacy legislation
- Providing administrative support to Claims managers as needed

- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A positive attitude and the willingness to put your head down and get the job done
- Experience working in a process driven environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Database skills
- Initiative to improve processes and efficiencies in your role
- Strong customer service skills
