ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking to hire a highly organised, autonomous and customer service focused individual to take on this pivotal role. As the Corporate Representative in Australia you will be the first point of contact for all corporate enquiries as well as all associated administration. Your role will grow as the business grows and includes supervising new staff and operations in Australia.

Your duties will include:

  • Handling phone calls and enquiries
  • Receipt and response to email
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Day-to-day administration
  • Extensive external liaison
  • Compiling sales reports
  • Bookkeeping
  • Processing payments
  • and much much more!

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed and motivated individual who has the confidence and experience to take on this standalone role and run with it.

You will also bring with you:

  • minimum 3 years' experience in an office administration role
  • exposure to bookkeeping
  • relevant qualifications
  • the ability to succeed in an autonomous role
  • initiative and the ability to multi-task
  • your highly organised nature
  • a high attention to detail
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • previous supervisory experience is desirable
  • experience in a start-up business/operation will be looked upon favourably.
