Reporting to the Business Manager, you will have the ability to multi-task several priorities and posses solid time management skills. Ideally you will be someone who and can hit the ground running.
As the face of this organisation, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients and suppliers
- Manage incoming calls, faxes and emails and distributing them appropriately
- Keeping the reception and sales area clean and tidy
- Establishing rapport with the general public via providing an everlasting first impression
- Creating a positive, bubbly, open atmosphere
- Office Managment duties
The successful candidate will hold outstanding interpersonal skills and have a sense of humour. Further to this, you will be proficient in Excel and Word and be a quick learner in general.
