Enigma is a premium provider of recruitment services at mid to senior level within the logistics and supply-chain, shipping and transport infrastructure, manufacturing and remote site services sectors. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join Enigma and provide all administrative support including management of the company’s database as well as supporting the Directors so that they can maximise their time on core business activities. This role will be based in the inner western suburbs as the office is moving out of the CBD in early March. The key focus areas of the Recruitment Administrator include: - Maintaining the company’s database including inputting all relevant applicants’ information upon receipt of an application.
- Acknowledge all applicant’s by e-mail on receipt of their application and reject candidates by e-mail when required.
- Preparing and proofing of job advertisements.
- Loading all advertisements on to the various job boards.
- Conducting candidate reference checks.
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing letters and tender/proposal submissions.
- Maintaining the company website.
- Managing job boards and Enigma website by removing advertisements when positions are no longer live.
- Preparation of CV’s for presentation to clients.
- Scanning all candidate interview and client meeting notes, related news articles and other information as requested to be stored on the database.
- Review of industry newsletters and publications for business leads.
- Ongoing review of job boards for business leads.
- Maintaining office equipment and stationery levels and ordering as required.
To be successful in this role previous experience in a similar role by being proficient in the use of a database and Microsoft applications, combined with above average written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise. You must also be well organised, flexible, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to meet tight deadlines.
