Portfolio Administration Assistant

This is a brilliant role that will see you assist a Senior Account Manager by ensuring cleint data is both accurate and up to date.

Based in the heart of the CBD this role will see you involved in daily reconciliations, booking investment trades, preparing cheque requests, processing client cash payments and general client administration as requested.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry will be highly regarded.
