An outstanding opportunity has become available for a talented EA/PA to provide high level executive support to a senior level executive. It is essential you have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as high level initiative and professionalism.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Extensive experience using a diary management system
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision
  • Execellent written and communication skills
  • Receieve and screen telephone calls and visitors
  • Prepare agenda papers for meetings and committees
  • General Administration
  • Computer literacy with demonstratable experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
