You will certainly be the “Director of First Impressions” as the job will have you meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to the office, answering and transferring phone calls via the PABX, calendar access and confirming appointments, incoming and outgoing mail duties, issuing of approved keys and passes to sub-contractors, petty cash, managing couriers, respond to any general email enquiries and finally, informing senior management of any daily media exposure. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked in a similar role in the past but are looking for a change of environment and the want to join such a great corporation. You will have demonstrated experience in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook. The successful candidate will have a can do attitude, be willing to assist staff with any queries and must be super organised. Remuneration is negotiable, based on skills and experience.
