Your phone-based personal lending experience, and ability to complete a loan application will see you working as a Lending Consultant within a long-established Credit Union that prides itself on it's customer satisfaction.
This position would involve the following duties:
- Handling all personal or mortgage loan, vehicle loan and credit cards inquiries from inbound customers
- Analysing customer needs and offering a lending solution
- Managing the end to end loan documentation and application process
- Cross selling additional products and services
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:- At least 12 months experience in a contact-centre or branch-based Personal Loans or Mortgage Lending Environment with direct customer contact
- Experience with the loan documentation and application process (manual or automated)
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Some experience in cross-sell
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
This role does not require a referral network as a specialist customer base already exists, and this role is more focused around the relationship-management assisting clients long term. A great deal of phone based contact, maintaining the satisfaction of the customer base will be the prime focus of the role. A salary of $50,000 - $55,000 + super + an annual bonus will be offered to the successful candidate.
