We are currently seeking multiple customer service consultants for this well known, reputable Australian brand, to work within its national call centre based in Mount Waverley. You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment, taking between 80-100 calls per day.

In this role, you will be assisting customers with;

• Product queries
• Store locations
• Booking appointments
• General queries
• Pricing queries
• Customer complaints

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and have strong customer focus, as well as previous experience in a similar customer focussed role. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and have a strong ability to build rapport.
