Our client is searching for a motivated and energetic Customer Service/Inbound Call Centre professional to compliment their team.

Based in clayton this role involves contacting businesses on behalf of the company and speaking to decision makers regarding their products and services. Training will be provided and the position is required to work monday to Friday  ONLY.

You will need to have inbound call centre experience,but most importantly enjoy speaking to people all day and be enthusiastic in what you do!

You will be part of a very supportive and relaxed team. The hours will be Monday & Friday  8.30am start. To be successful with this role you will need to be competent with the following tasks

  • Provide a high level of service to customers by responding to calls in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving, managing and escalating problems logged within a help desk.
  • Applying documented practices and procedures, dealing effectively with a wide range of external vendors and customers.
