This award winning call centre based in Moe provides management of responsive maintenance to public housing properties throughout Victoria as well as manages a number of important projects on behalf of the Office of Housing. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team on a contract basis. Your primary responsibility is to take inbound calls in regards to housing assistance for low income Victorians. Your duties will include: - Taking tenancy, rental and application enquires
- General enquires for future tenants
- Liaising with support agencies in regards status of applications
- Updating relevant tenancy files

This role requires someone that is a quick learner and has excellent problem solving skills. If you are available to commence on the 17th February and are up for a challenge this might be the role for you. Applicants with a background in a Call Centre environment will be a distinct advantage. |
