We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to start asap!
Our Client is located in theSouth Eastern Suburbs& are a national distributor of officeconsumables.
They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales/Customer service officer to join their busy team.
In this role you will be required to have strong customer service skills and a proven track record in sales as there is a lot of phone work.
Your duties will involve but not limited to:

Dealing with customers enquiries and issues for the clients products

Accurately processing orders
-
Tracking orders
-
Maintaining stock levels
-
Occasional face to face customer service
You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be responsible for handling queries from existing and newcustomers regarding billing, pricing, orders,stock levels and general enquiries. A can do attitude and strong work ethic is welcomed.
