As you play a pivotal part in this organisations values, only the most experienced and professional customer service administrators will be considered. The role is working within a busy call centre responding to volume calls and dealing with the enquiry.

To excel in this role, you will have worked in a similar call centre environment, ( minimum 5 years ) have dealt with varied and challenging calls, have fast accurate data entry (6000+kph) and are reliable and professional.
