12 Month full time contract for an enthusiastic team player to join this software firm as a Customer Service Representative.

Some of your duties will include:
· Liaising directly with our sales and service teams
· Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers
· Provide quality customer service
· Perform follow up calls
· Maintenance of customer information in Microsoft CRM
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent listen skills and customer service
- The ability to meet set targets and KPI's
- Appropriate level of computer skills including
Excel, MS Office, and typing
- Sales experience will be highly considered

A NSW driver's licence will be an advantage for this role.
