As a Customer Service Representative within this busy team, you will take inbound calls from a network of stores across Australia and deal with issues relating to products such as delivery schedules and incorrect orders. All calls are B2B (business to business) and generally come from Retailers and not the general public.

This role will ideally suit an individual who is comfortable within a call centre environment but is tired of working in large impersonal call centres, where your team mates are constantly changing.
