Screen PAD Printer
This is Temporary position working full time hours.
- Previous experience in 'PAD" Printing
- OH&S Awareness
- Basic reading understand Art Work and detailed design drawings
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet company and customer delivery dates
- Experienced in machine trouble shooting and to take initiative in problem solving
- General mechanical /machine experience
- Availability to work overtime to assist production requirements
- Able to advise management, sales and design on best and most efficient solution to a job
- Be able to achieve accurate registration on flat and formed units
- Be able to setup Pad Printer in accordance with setup instruction sheet /book
- Able to make jigs when required for formed units and set-up for printing
- Must have good understanding of ink types and their application on client substrates
- Must be able to mach colours from 'Pantone Matching System' plus any client-supplied samples.
- Order film and art work to right size and format.
- Must know stencil types and exposures and suitability for conditions.
- Must understand mesh counts and suitability to the artwork and colour being printed
- Must understand Rubber stamps used for Pad Printing
