The role:
As a Call Centre Trainer at 2evolve you will be required to apply your deep knowledge of Sales, Coaching, Developing and Mentoring with your analytical skills and the ability to build and liaise with internal stakeholders you will be assisting Australia's leading Fundraising Organisation to meet our business goals. You will also act as a support mechanism to the Call Centre Program Manager and be responsible for creating a driven, supportive and sales orientated atmosphere.


As such you will be measured by the performance of the Telefundraisers, so pushing the boundaries of implementing innovative ways to identify each person's skill set and uncover their full potential is vital to this position.


Working cross functionally, you will also drive Team Leaders performance as well as develop strategies to achieve operational and sales success.
