We are currently seeking applications for the following positions:
Case Worker -Intensive Case Management Service
Full time
Using your proven experience in case planning and case management you will provide an Intensive level of support to young people between the ages of 12 and 17 who are most 'at risk' in the community.
Residential Case Manager
Part time (0.5 EFT)
Using your understanding of child development and factors that can impede a child's development you will provide a case management service to young people between the ages of 12 and 17 who reside in Residential care.
Leaving Care Case Manager
Part time (0.5 EFT)
Using your knowledge and experience in the provision of support for young people with complex needs and experience In the provision of specialist services you will work to achieve better outcomes for young people leaving care.
The Residential case Manager and Leaving Care Case Manager positions can be combined to form one full time position for the right candidate. Please indicate your interest in this when applying.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline is essential for all these positions.
