Reporting directly to the Sydney Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the counter sales activities which include:

• Face to face and phone sales with regular customers
• Up selling of products and equipment to customers
• Inventory control
• Interpreting and identifying customers needs and orders
• Store presentation, cash handling and some packing of orders

The main focus of this role is to provide an excellent level of customer service in order to continue building a strong company reputation. As a reward for your solid work ethic you will be entitled to a quarterly Branch based incentive bonus which can range between $1000 and $10,000 per quarter, as well as many opportunities for advancement.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven background as a Counter Sales Representative within HVAC wholesaler or;
• Strong air conditioning and refrigeration trade background with a strong interest in pursuing a career in an HVAC Wholesaler
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen and interpret customers orders
• Experience with Microsoft Office package
