An alliance has been developed through the collaboration of numerous construction focused organisations in regards to 3 separate projects developed to ensure water supply for NSW over the foreseeable future. This alliance has pulled together key strengths from numerous organisations to develop and upgrade major civil infrastructure within the region. This role has been developed to focus on one specific project involving the diversion of natural raw water to a upgraded dam via a 12km underground pipeline, which is likely to take 18 months construction time. This role will focus on providing ongoing engineering support to site construction activities, ensuring that the project runs smoothly, whilst resolving any issues that may arise. This may involve providing Quality Assurance for construction activities, working closely with on-site contractors to ensure project mile-stones are met, liaison with design teams where necessary and conducting HSE site inspections. This is a turn-key project within NSW and will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic point of reference for your career, whilst providing invaluable alliance based experience. In order to be this successful candidate applicants must hold project engineering or pipeline engineering experience, ideally from a water or utilities background, a relevant tertiary qualification and strong communication skills. This will be coupled with experience in a project engineering role, ideally within an alliance based organisation.
