Exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join this leading Health Group on a permanent basis rotating across hospitals throughout the Gold Coast.

As a Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of specialties including; Acute Care, Palliative Care, Rehab and Oncology.

This role will ideally suit an experienced with a background or interest in one or more of the above areas.

Reporting into the Regional Manager, and supported by a team of Technician's and other Pharmacists you will be responsible for;

• Clinical Screening of Medication Charts
• Dispensing of Prescriptions
• Drug advice and Counselling
• Providing advice and assistance to other medical staff ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis and allows you the opportunity to work as part of a Multidisciplinary teams. To be successful you will be a registered Pharmacist with your own vehicle.
