Award Winning Racine Restaurant is looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled Baker/Pastry Chef.

Racine is an innovative and established restaurant, which prides itself on delivering a warm, efficient and attentive service and a memorable guest experience. We have a great passion for excellent quality food, wine and service and we are seeking individuals who are like-minded' and take pride in their work.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the relevant qualifications and experience to manage your own kitchen. 
  • Be organised enough to manage several clients daily orders and delivery runs. 
  • Possess the confidence and skill able to run a kitchen. 
  • Have the creativity and drive to produce inspiring menu ideas. 
  • Have excellent communications skills 
  • Have excellent knowledge in producing artisan breads, traditional sourdoughs, cakes and pastries.
  • Communicate their passion and high standards through their work.
