We currently have an opportunity in our Adelaide office for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our organisation play an important role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients and candidates.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities of this Trainee Account Manager will intially be

• Recruiting and Sourcing Candidates for our clients
• Inducting, Interviewing and Selecting Candidates
  
• Filing Client Orders and Placing Candidates to work
  
• Making sure Clients and Candidate expectations are met
• Complying with standard operating procedures and OHS Requirements

As this is an entry level position, the Trojan Way Induction Program will be provided which will include on the job training.

What we require from you is excellent communication skills, a practical hands on approach and enthusiasm and passion to be part of a successful team. While experience is not required in the recruitment industry, you need to have an impressive track record that demonstrates your personal drive and motivation.
