Summary
The purpose of the Business Analyst is to elicit, validate and document requirements for the development of new, and enhancements to existing, applications and systems used by the organisation.
The services are performed in accordance with defined requirements management method and provided to approved projects facilitating the delivery of business outcomes for the portfolio.
Business analysis personnel are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with business representatives and subject matter experts. In addition, business analysts are expected to be able to work with a variety of resources provided by internal and external suppliers to undertake activities.
Deliverables:
Delivery of, but not limited to the following:
- Conduct analysis workshops
- Review test plans
- Review test cases
Delivery of, but not limited to, the following artefacts
- Feasibility studies
- Business requirements documents
- Contact centre support documents
This is a long term contract based in Parramatta.
