The Client
Our client, a market leader in its sector, manufactures and sells products for a range of industries and is now looking for a SAP Technology Expert to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role
Reporting to the Team Lead of SAP Technical Operations you will be a team member of the System Integrity global SAP services group and act as the local representative of the Enterprise Service organisation.
You will be the direct link to T-Systems International for SAP Basis relevant topics and will provide the following:
• SAP Basis support of the regional teams
• Support and knowledge transfer to follow the ES support processes (Incident- and Change Management)
• Focus on SAP Services over the complete Infrastructure Layer (E2E)
• Consult & support the SAP Template in all question regarding SAP related architecture questions
• Support all team working with SAP products (CRM, BI, PI, SRM,…) in all questions

The Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you need to be an analytical thinker with a broad and solid IT knowledge (SAP, Linux, Windows, Oracle, Network, EDI). Moreover you will need the following:
• Academic Degree (Business Administration / Business Computer Science) or professional education in Business Administration or certificated IT Education
• 5+ years SAP Basis experience in supporting SAP system
• Experience in configuration and supporting large scale SAP systems and global architecture
• Mandatory SAP courses: ADM100/200; ADM505
• Beneficial would be knowledge in one of the following SAP products: Solution Manager, BI, SRM, PI, SCM, CRM, EP,
• Beneficial will be visited SAP courses like EP100/200, ADM 506, ADM315
• Ability to work constructively with various groups in IS
• Self-responsible and pro-active
• Ability to analyse and fix defects.
• Cross-cultural competence.
• Profound computer standard literacy and ITIL Process.
• Knowledge of business process tools.
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Spider Lifecycle Management System.
• Deep SAP Basis knowledge with focus on Printing, Transport management (STMS), SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM)
