A truly exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global leader in the web security space. US owned, an office has just been established in Australia and the team are now looking to grow.

What you'll be doing:
  • Setting up new clients
  • Managing all technical support issues for channel partners
  • Updating client profiles
  • Assisting account management team
  • Process management
What you'll need to get the job:
  • Strong project/ account management experience
  • An understanding or experience in email security
  • Ability to analyse data for problem solving
  • Experience using salesforce.com
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Technically savvy
