This unique environment and employer are choice, are looking for a highly organised, analytical and exceptional communicator to join their successful team.  Due to their recent growth, a new role now exists for a Office Manager/ Senior Administrator who is IT savvy - Microsoft Office tools and an inhouse Finance system.
 
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you role will include the following key tasks:

  • Provide support in the development of their strategic plan
  • Office procedures, policy drafting and security
  • Preparation of briefing documents and reports
  • Assist with OH&S policy
  • Facility care, technical resources and equipment
  • Solid grasp of accounting concepts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, Costs, Profit, Margin, Overheads, P&L statements, Balance Sheets
