The role:- Administering the claims process from end to end
- Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding the claims process
- Collecting data and inputting all required into the in house system
- Maintain high levels of customer claims satisfaction
- Customer database management
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:- Previous experience within insurance- claims, sales and policy administration within the insurance industry
- Previous experience in data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
