To succeed in the role you will need all or most of the following: - Proven ability in sales, target based roles
- Be able to work highly effectively with professionals
- Have a certain degree of polish in attitude and presentation
- A willingness to travel with a valid drivers licence
- Prepared to work longer hours, and weekends
- Skills in making sound and prompt business decisions
- Be self-managed
- A willingness to take Tier2 Compliance insurance training.
