Experienced, pro-active and energetic Claims Assessor with strong RTW, Injury Management skills needed to take a role within the Life Insurance division of this major Australian insurance corporation.

The role will be to assess Life Insurance claims including TPD, Income Protection, Salary Continuance and Trauma, by thorough examination and analysis of medical, financial and claims data. Your will also be required to write an assessment decision from scratch, and approve payments.

Your strong Life Insurance, Injury Management/RTW background will be utilised to assess claimants medical situation, and formulate a decision which facilitates

To be considered for this role, you MUST be:

• experience as a Injury Manager, Return To Work specialist or Technical Manager level candidates
• Genuine desire to move their career into Life Insurance
• exceptional ability to analyse medical and financial information, and formulate a decision pursuant to the policy
• strong client service ability with proven experience in dealing directly with claimants/employers
• Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency

A salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus super will be offered to candidates who can demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the technical claims process, strong analysis skills, energy and professionalism.
