As this internationally recognised FMCG Company continues to evolve and grow, they are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager that is looking to develop within the business. The organisation has an enviable list of customers and is looking to extend its market share through manufacturing best practice.

Reporting through to the State Manager the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of excellence within a challenging and hi speed manufacturing environment. The KPI's will include budgetary and performance management of OHS, Maintenance, and Production departments and a high level of responsibility to delivery and quality performance of the business as a whole.

To be successful you will have a thorough understanding of EHS responsibilities and be able to drive improvement programmes throughout manufacturing in order to reduce or remove waste from the process. Previous Senior Management experience is essential and a degree in a connected discipline will be highly regarded. FMCG or a packaging experience is highly desirable but not essential.

There is a potential to travel or relocate within the business as it continues to grow and this will be considered at application.
