Reporting to the Asia Pacific Managing Director, you will be responsible for daily administration duties as well as providing assistance to the Regional Head Office. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience supporting Senior Management or Executive Directors and will be someone who is able to take initiative, be personable and thrive on being in a challenging and busy environment. The role will also entail: - Diary management /Scheduling meetings / Minute taking
- Travel coordination
- Preparation of presentations
- Preparation of General and confidential correspondence
- Providing support and coordination to key projects such as marketing events
- Collating information and providing team admin support
