Due to recent growth, our client - a large Australian producer of local fresh produce based in the western suburbs – is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Production Supervisor.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
• a team of up to 30 staff across the production floor;
• the planning of labour requirements and control of labour costs;
• training and development of staff in order to ensure ongoing requirements are met;
• increasing team productivity to facilitate further growth;
• maintenance of database & reporting;

To be considered for this exciting new role, you will be able to demonstrate:
• experience in a line management role in a production environment;
• strong attention to detail and a focus on quality standards;
• the ability to take ownership for your work;
• strong written and verbal communication skills;
• a high level of attention to detail and basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills.
