Our client, a global supplier of consumer products is seeking to recruit a Regional Demand Manager.
Role:
Vertical Talent have been exclusively engaged to search the Australian talent marketplace for a Regional Demand Manager to be based out of our clients AsiaPac head office in Singapore.
You will drive product availability across a number of territories whilst optimising inventory levels and mitigating the risk of over stocking on key product lines.
Stakeholder engagement will encompass sales and product management teams, manufacturing sites and key customer distribution channels. In order to be successful in this position, a hands-on approach to team leadership is required given the fast paced and changing nature of the marketplace. At the same time, you must also be able to take a step back from the detail and drive the demand strategy with a continuous improvement focus.
The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and attributes;
- Team leadership experience in a Demand Management role preferably in a top tier organisation.
- Advanced Excel, Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
- MBA qualification is essential.
- Experience in developing strong working relationships and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders internationally.
