Our Rowville based manufacturing clients have been established since the 1940's and have continued to develop, grow and be one of the market leaders. Required for commencement in early February is a dynamic Senior Logistics officer / Scheduler, to plan and direct the distribution of products and customer service visits to ensure delivery or installation, efficiently, in full and on time at the lowest economic cost. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the efficient delivery of product to customer on time and in full.
- Ensuring the effective delivery and Supply and Install Services and customer service visits are on time.
- Managing Quality Control of deliveries
- Compliance with all OHS regulations
- Recording and Verifying all transactions in Titan.
- Scheduling of all deliveries, installation and service labour on a daily basis.
- Management of all Job order paperwork and COD balances on product installation.
Successful candidates for this role must : - Have had previous Logistics Management
- Be experienced in Scheduling Installers using a fully integrated system
- Have proven experience in setting and delivering budgets
- Strong Communication skills.
- Be FIRM where required .
