Job Description As the E-Commerce Partner you will be responsible for delivering a far easier sense of usability of the current on-line retail and e-commerce function for our clients customer base. With substantial year on year growth from the on-line contribution, your role will be to continue this trend by looking at the process and understanding where improvements can be made. Key facets of the role will include, but not be limited too: - You will take the lead in partnering with internal business and brand owners to drive new e-commerce initiatives and website development.
- Work closely with cross functional business units, you will be the eyes and ears of the customer when it comes to website usability and lead to conversion performance.
- Be a dedicated contact point for day-to-day advice and make pro-active recommendations back into the business.
- You will be accountable for growing the number of transactions made across the various websites from quote to new business, self-service and claim.
- Have responsibility for sharing success and learning's which can be replicated across multiple websites to improve overall performance.
- Will execute outcomes for continuous improvement across our websites in line with E-business reporting generated by Marketing Effectiveness.
- Analyse and interpret data to see trends and are driven by producing results in a collaborative environment.
The Successful Applicant To be considered for this exciting opportunity, our client is looking for candidates who possess and illustrate the following: - A tertiary degree in relevant field, ideally business technology or marketing related
- A level of awareness of the varying financial/insurance products available in the market place, it would be advantageous but not essential to have a background in Digital Marketing, or crossover into the Business Technology space.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts
- A passion for e-commerce and see this as a valuable career development move.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with advanced relationship and project management skills.
- Experience leading large projects and diverse teams to deliver and report on agreed e-business benefits, efficiencies and/or cost savings.
- Relevant level of e-Commerce experience
- Strong on data analytics and identifying trends.
- Immersed in e-commerce trends and emerging technology.
